CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
The Company has always been committed to the cause of social service and has repeatedly channelized a part of its resources and activities, such that it positively affects the society socially, ethically and also environmentally and has taken up various Corporate Social Responsibility (“CSR”) initiatives and enhanced value in society.
The advent of the Companies Act, 2013 has mandated the constitution of the CSR Committee and formulation of a CSR Policy. Therefore, the Company has formulated a robust CSR Policy that encompasses its philosophy and guides its sustained efforts for undertaking and supporting socially useful programs for the welfare and sustainable development of the society.

Note:
- In terms of the provisions of Section 135 of the Companies Act, 2013 and rules made thereunder, the Company is mandatorily required to spend an amount of ͅ₹43.23 lakhs towards CSR activities in the year 2025-2026.
- The allocated budgets for each of the projects are tentative based on the projections, the actual spending may vary and will be subject to the approval of the Board.
- The Board may alter the aforesaid plan at any time during the year, as per the recommendation of its CSR Committee, based on the reasonable justification to that effect.
